ASSESSING EACH RECOVER SEAT

Upon arriving at our showroom or upon receipt of your seats by mail, our team will conduct a thorough assessment of each seat. Following this assessment, we will provide you with a quote for the cost of recovering your seats either in person or over the phone, depending on their arrival method.

It is important to note that additional costs may arise during the production stage, such as the need for a new frame, if the seat is found to be in poor condition upon further inspection. We strive to provide transparent and accurate pricing for our services to ensure that you are fully informed before continuing with the seat recovery process. 

WHICH SEATS WON’T BE CONSIDERED FOR RECOVER?

We offer seat recover services for seats currently on our production line. If your seats are no longer part of our production line, we cannot provide recovery services for them. Our focus is on the highest quality seat recovery services for the seats we manufacture, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible results. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

WHAT DOES THE RECOVER PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

  • Upon receiving your seat, our recover specialist will inspect it to ensure recovery services can be performed based on the condition of your seat.  
  • Once approved for recovery, we begin by removing the old covers to inspect the seat to ensure that it is in good condition before recovering it. If your old foam is in poor condition, we will recommend replacing it.  
  • Lastly, a new cover will then be installed in the colors that you chose. 
  • When your fresh seats are ready to go you will be notified that they are ready for pick up or shipment.  

HOW LONG DOES THE RECOVER PROCESS TAKE?

While we follow the production times advertised on our website, there is a possibility that they may vary. Shipping time is not included in this estimate.  

We will contact you when your seat is ready for pick-up by you or shipment to you.   

It’s our priority to get you back out there and enjoying your new seat as soon as possible!
